About the REUs
Award Winning Program Celebrating It's 20th Annivesary
SPIRAL and SPATIAL-Stats are research experiences for undergraduates (REU) aimed at providing a mentoring structure for undergraduate students that promotes active learning and engagement in problems in statistics and mathematics. Undergraduate students in the SPIRAL and SPATIAL-Stats will learn how to conduct scientific research. The SPATIAL-Stats program will run in conjunction with the Summer Program in Research and Learning (SPIRAL), an award winning REU in existence for over 15 years.
